At P&D we are skilled craftsmen who truly enjoy the work we do. Our unique blend of talent is a melding of advanced degrees in math, science, mechanical and industrial design with 60 years of practical experience fabricating metals using everything from anvils to CNC machines.

John Milich started Product & Design in 1985 after relocating to NYC from Oregon. Luke Milich joined his father in business in 1991, and now operates the California shop. In addition to running the company, John and Luke both work one-on-one with clients and participate hands-on in the fabrication process. Our workers have wide ranging backgrounds from architecture to hot rods and they bring these interests into the mix.
